This Is Our Story
A professional pianist, Steve Simpson served as worship pastor for over 35 years. His unique giftings in music have inspired private audiences and large congregations through playing piano, orchestration, composition, charting and planning hundreds of musical events. He and his wife and most of their family are musicians that join him in the journey. Over the years they have written musicals and songs for worship and special events.
Going Up Recording
The inspiration for the website, Steve recorded sixteen original songs for his Going Up album release.
Worship Pastor
Steve served as Worship Pastor for a large church for 25 years and a second church for 12 years. He is a humble and faithful man whose heart is evident in his music.
Musician
With a degree in music and classically trained, Steve is accomplished in all styles of music having played for hundreds of weddings, funerals, banquets and special events, college recitals, church and children’s productions. operas, musicals and jazz performances.
